Brave St. Productions, Inc., was founded in the spring of 2002 by Tammy Leech and Russell Best. Together these seasoned television executives/producers, with expertise in broadcast, cable, syndication and promos, are innovative, versatile and proven.  A true triple threat with experience servicing all aspects of the television community’s needs, Ms. Leech and Mr. Best can create, develop and produce a wide variety of television content spanning across a multitude of genres, including reality, game shows, talk shows, how-to’s, variety/comedy shows and documentaries.

Collectively, Ms. Leech and Mr. Best cover the gamut of creative, operational, development and production execution needs. Past and present working relationships include ABC, NBC, CBS, Pearson-North America, Hearst Entertainment, Jonathan Goodson Productions, Twentieth Television, Studios USA, BRAVO, Fox News, Telepictures, Eyemark Entertainment, Channel 4 London, Proctor & Gamble Productions, ESPN, Bunim-Murray Productions, Court TV, FX, MTV, VH1, AMC, WE, IFC, FitTV, Comedy Central, Style Network, E! Entertainment, Rainbow Media, Fox Movie Channel, Travel Channel and Discovery Home.

Brave St. is currently in production on a 13 X :60 primetime series order for Travel Channel called This Job’s A Trip, premiering at 8PM Thursday nights beginning April 27, in which participants get to test drive their dream jobs without giving up their real jobs…they just take a vacation!   In addition, Brave St. recently produced a primetime special for WE titled Katrina Weddings: A Second Chance, which was nominated for an Emmy, a pilot for a series with FitTV, and is in production on The Search for America’s Next Equestrian Star, a reality competition series with legendary six-time Olympian Robert Dover.  In 2004-2005, Brave St. was busy with two shows on air – Simply Smashing on Discovery Home and NY Nick on E!’s Style Network – and produced a 2 hour year-end wrap-up clip show for Bravo entitled Entertainment Weekly’s 15 Biggest Little Things of 2004.  In addition to shooting and producing casting tapes and presentations for Food Network, Style and TLC, Brave St. produced a one-off in connection with DUB Magazine for the Rush Network, shot entirely in HD.  In spring 2004, Brave St. won a Promax/BDA Gold Award for writing, directing and producing the Best “Cable Television Marketing Tape” for Voom, Cablevision’s diverse group of Hi-Def Networks. 

Over the past two years, Brave St. has optioned a pilot with VH1, produced  a highlight reel for the  opening of the Cable and Television Association for Marketing Summit 2004, produced a promotional music video with the B52’s shot on 35mm for WE, produced a tribute to Billy Crystal for AMC, produced a pilot/special with the entire cast of Goodfellas for AMC, interviewed Clint Eastwood for AMC and the Tribeca Film Festival, produced a hidden camera reality/scripted pilot for Comedy Central, produced on-air promos for IFC, was Executive In Charge for Bunim-Murray Productions for Making the Band Part II with P. Diddy, and shot a reality presentation tape with Courtney Love for Project Green Light Producers Magical Elves. The company currently has over 70 diverse programming concepts in its development stable.  Brave St.’s Special Projects Division, InfoStreet, has several in-house produced infomercials currently on air and consistently has projects in development.
